A deeper 1:1 package offering ongoing support to regulate your nervous system over time.

 

Over 12 sessions, we work on shifting long-standing stress patterns, building emotional and physical resilience, and creating lasting changes in how your body responds to stress—so you can feel more stable, supported, and connected to yourself.

1:1 Nervous System Regulation (6)

A 1:1 package designed to help you understand and begin regulating your nervous system.

 

Across 6 sessions, we explore your stress patterns, triggers, and daily challenges, while introducing practical somatic tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to manage overwhelm.

Menstrual Health Consultation

A 1:1 consultation designed to support women in understanding their cycle and menstrual health more clearly.

 

Together, we explore your symptoms, patterns, and lifestyle, while providing guidance and education to help you feel more informed, supported, and connected to your body.
