Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all 1:1 coaching, nervous system regulation sessions, and menstrual health consultations provided by Health&Harmony.


1. General policy

All payments for services are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. This is because time and space are reserved specifically for you at the time of booking.


2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24–48 hours’ notice (as specified at booking).

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice can be moved to a new date.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded.


3. Packages

If you purchase a multi-session package:

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun.

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (if applicable).

  • In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at my discretion.


4. Exceptional circumstances

5. Digital and coaching services

Due to the nature of coaching and consultation services, all purchases are considered commitment-based and time-reserved. As such, they are exempt from standard cooling-off refund periods once services have commenced.
