Workplace Wellbeing
Women's health education for forward-thinking organisations

Invest in your women. Watch your workplace thrive.

Menstrual health affects how women feel, think, and perform at work — every single month. Yet it remains one of the most overlooked areas of workplace wellbeing.

Health&Harmony brings nurse-led, evidence-informed women's health education directly into your organisation, creating a culture where women feel understood, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Why this matters for your organisation

Menstrual health isn't a personal issue — it's a workplace one. Consider:

  • 1 in 10 women has endometriosis, with an average diagnosis delay of 8 years

  • Menstrual symptoms cost UK employers an estimated £8.9 billion per year in lost productivity

  • PMS and PMDD affect up to 30% of women severely enough to impact daily functioning

  • Perimenopause and menopause symptoms affect women during some of their most senior career years

  • Most women have never been given accurate, accessible information about their own cycle

Organisations that address this gap see real returns — reduced absence, higher engagement, stronger retention, and a workplace culture that women actively want to be part of.

What's on offer

Two formats — choose what works best for your team:

Presentation (60–90 minutes)
An informative, engaging talk delivered to your team covering the essentials of menstrual and hormonal health — what's happening in the body, how symptoms show up at work, and practical strategies women can start using straight away.

Ideal for lunch and learns, women's network events, or all-staff wellbeing sessions.

Workshop (90 minutes)
A more immersive, interactive experience. Combines a presentation with a guided nervous system regulation practice, group discussion, and practical tools attendees leave with.

Particularly effective for smaller groups, HR teams, or organisations wanting to go beyond awareness and into action.

Both formats are available online via video call or in person at your workplace across the UK.
